Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

Updated December 2021

We know players sometimes need to withdraw due to injury, sickness, or change of plans. However, because Tennis4All must reserve courts in advance and cannot always cancel courts, we cannot guarantee refunds. We will attempt to fill your spot or cancel courts and will issue you a refund if we are successful. But if we cannot, no refund will be issued.

If you need to withdraw, please do so as early as possible. Most activities have a waiting list. Not only would players on the waiting list appreciate advanced notice, withdrawing as early as possible increases the chance we can fill your spot and issue you a refund. Not showing up for an activity without notifying the activity director and/or your opponent (“no showing”) impacts other players’ ability to play tennis and is highly frowned upon. Players who “no show” more than once or repeatedly cancel last minute may be prohibited from registering for future activities, at the discretion of the activity director.

If we are able to issue you a refund, all refunds will be for the original amount minus the PayPal fee, as we do not get the original fee back from PayPal. As of November 2021, the PayPal fee is $.49 plus 3.49% of the total amount per transaction. The PayPal fee is subject to change.

Activity-Specific Refund Policies

For singles and doubles leagues, once you make payment to reserve a spot, you will only receive a refund if we are able to fill your spot with another player. If you withdraw mid-season after playing some matches, you will receive a partial, prorated refund for any unplayed matches where we are able to fill your spot.

For tennis socials, you may receive a full refund minus PayPal fee if you cancel more than 24 hours before the event. To discourage last minute cancellations, no refunds will be offered for cancellations within 24 hours, even if we are able to fill your spot.

Other activities may have also have specific refund policies listed in the event description. If an activity does not post a specific refund policy, the General Refund Policy applies.
